  • Payment Information: Bank details or wallet information for payouts or purchases.

  • Device & Usage Data: Device type, IP address, log files, crash reports, and performance data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • For Customers: To place and track orders, assign the correct service provider, calculate delivery distance, and ensure providers can reach the requested address.

  • For Drivers & Workers: To assign jobs, provide navigation, calculate earnings, and ensure safety during deliveries or services.

  • For Providers & Store Managers: To manage products, services, orders, and track performance.

  • For All Users: To improve app features, send notifications, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with:

  • Other Users: Limited data is shared to complete services (e.g., drivers see customer’s delivery address, customers see driver’s contact details).

  • Service Partners: Payment processors, map/navigation services, and technical support providers.
